Happy people and happy country.
Happy people and happy country.
There is no one in the world who does not want to be happy. Many people think that money, education, marriage, children, family, social and economic prestige can make people happy. Surveys in different countries of the world have shown that these achievements cannot actually make people happy. True happiness is like a golden deer for millions of people.
They want to buy happiness, like cars, houses, ornaments, clothes or wealth, happiness is a commodity to them. Sociologists, psychologists or medical scientists think that these achievements do not play a major role in achieving permanent happiness in real terms, even if these achievements can give people some temporary happiness. Psychologists say that happiness is not material or mundane. Happiness is largely psychological or spiritual.
Many psychologists say that happiness is genetic. Again, some scientists say based on their scientific discoveries, they have identified some parts of the brain from which happiness is released. According to David Mayer, professor of psychology at Hope College in Michigan, happiness is a feeling largely under human control, regardless of whether it is based on genetic or heredity theory. This is much like a person's cholesterol level, which is genetically influenced, and in most cases controlled by a person's behavior or lifestyle and diet.

.. How exactly does success come? ..
Happiness is sometimes considered a kind of selfish motive. Happiness does not depend on what people have. Happiness depends entirely on what people think or how they think. If one starts the day with gratitude for what one has or the situation one is in - it will bring happiness. People's future happiness will be based on what they think today. So starting with a positive approach in work and thinking will bring benefits in life. Confident, dignified, hearty, wise-virtuous, honest people are generally happy all the time. Those who only want to take, do not know or want to give, are not happy.
Every experienced person says - there is no shortcut to happiness. Even the happiest people in the world are not happy 24 hours a day. Even in the life of a happy person, depression and suffering come. The difference is that happy people can easily accept disappointment, suffering. Others cannot. Our body is not just a material made of flesh and blood. We have a soul which is an integral part of the body. Emotions have a huge impact on our bodies. In the material world, lust, anger, greed, infatuation, greed, jealousy and revenge are the root causes of our suffering, suffering, turmoil, sickness and destruction. By keeping himself away from the vices mentioned by his honesty, good deeds and unwavering love for the Creator, man can taste the supreme bliss of heaven in this earthly life.
God commanded man to live a regular and healthy life. And if those orders and restrictions are obeyed, peace will come in life, happiness will come. The stronger the faith in God, the happier he is in the material world. Nature has thousands of blessings for a healthy, beautiful and happy life. As a result of scientific and technological development and the influence of belief processes, we are day by day moving away from natural way of life towards artificial, unhealthy, harmful and unhappy way of life. Being separated from the natural way of life is having a tremendous negative impact on the body-mind-spirit of millions of people around the world today. But by adopting natural means we can easily have a healthy, beautiful and happy life.
The opposite of happiness is unhappiness. He who is not happy is not healthy. Illness can be physical or mental. There is no happiness in people's lives even if they suffer from physical ailments. However, physical ailments can be largely cured through the use of medicines. But if people suffer from mental illness, then disaster comes in life. Because mental illness is the most complex disease in the world.
In today's world, millions of people are mentally disturbed, and it is having a huge negative impact on many countries in terms of personal, family, social and state. Medical scientists around the world are confused and struggling to heal these mentally disturbed people. Drug companies and medical scientists are calling depression and anxiety diseases and trying to cure them with drugs, even though medicine has never called depression or depression a disease. Medicines do not work in these cases as depression is not a disease. Rather, it causes adverse reactions in the body.
Harvard psychologist Dan Gilbert says, you have to synthesize your happiness. Your body has a psychological 'immune system' that will make you happy by helping you know and understand your surroundings or your world. Buying new clothes or winning a lot of money in the lottery will remove all the sorrows of your life and bring you endless joy and happiness, such imagination misguides people's thinking power.
American Warren Buffett is one of the top richest people in the world. There are many stories about his life philosophy, work, money, happiness and peace. We know something, we don't know something. Warren Buffett never takes a private jet. Although he owns one of the world's largest private jet companies. He still lives in a three-room house he bought 50 years ago and takes immense pleasure in playing online bridge. Unbelievable as it sounds, the words are true and inspiring. Warren Buffett, the owner of the world's wealth, thinks that happiness is real happiness, not wealth.
He has always believed that what people like to do and what they enjoy doing leads to success, performance and efficiency. Warren Buffett said, I play bridge online 12 hours a week. To many it may seem like a very simple pastime. But many simple things can give us immense joy and happiness. Warren Buffett does not believe in competition. "I naturally believe in doing things that are meaningful," he said. Even in my personal life I don't care what other rich people have done. I don't believe in the misconception that just because someone has a 400 foot yacht, I must have a 405 foot yacht. He said about wealth, earning money is not the goal of human life, earning money is the byproducts of the goal of human life.
Of course, if you live in the world, worldly acquisitions do not play any role in bringing happiness and peace - this is not true. Recent scientists have found in their research - money is at the root of all happiness. Money does not always bring happiness, but when a man earns more than everyone else, he rightly feels happy. Dissenters say that money cannot bring happiness for a long time. But temporarily satisfies people.
From my childhood, I have read in books - money is the root of unhappiness. Money keeps people more distracted, if money is at the center of people's lives, conflicts and conflicts are created. We also read - Health is the root of all happiness. Not because it involves medicine, but to be fair, I prefer this saying. Without good health, no happiness, whether temporary or long lasting, can be realized. In my view, only people with good physical and mental health can easily acquire the materials needed for happiness and peace in this material world. I see many of my acquaintances - when money was not a luxury, they lived a happy and peaceful life by living a simple life. Now wealth keeps them restless all the time.
They can't sleep at night, they don't have time to eat and drink, they are very sick physically and mentally. They have to give up all their happiness along with money for treatment of body and mind. Their lives are becoming unbearable day by day due to physical and mental ailments. Many of them talk to me and ask for advice. I say take care of body and mind, then only life will be beautiful, happy and meaningful.
Physical and mental health requires regular living, giving up greed, being satisfied with little, living without worries, eating healthy food in moderation, sleeping soundly at night, working with joy and satisfaction, giving up anger, resentment or emotionalism, drinking pure water. To do, to maintain the health of body and mind through exercise, to be free from diseases and to build a meaningful relationship between husband and wife for happiness in married life. We need to remember that sex plays an important role in married life for physical and mental health and happiness.

Acquiring some additional qualities can make people happier. Surrender to God and pray regularly. Read good books full of uplifting humor. Donate and serve the poor, poor and distressed people. It will increase a lot of self-satisfaction. Extend a helping hand to others. Music can be a source of immense joy and happiness to people. Be thankful for what you have instead of regretting what you don't have. Smile and smile more. Be happy with everyone. Then surely you will be happy and healthy, I believe. People who are happy and healthy do not need to depend on drugs.
Almost everyone knows the story of happy people. The story is like this - a king got very sick. Many doctors, mediciners, healers, ojas are shown. No one can cure the disease. Finally a doctor came and saw the king well and said that the king can be cured. But the way is that a truly happy man needs clothes. If he puts on the clothes, the king will be cured. The commander went out with his pike infantry in search of happy people. Saw a handsome man.
Anyone will be impressed by her physical beauty. They thought this person was truly happy. But after talking to him, it was revealed that he is mentally disturbed. According to him, no one is sadder than him. The commander was disappointed and started looking for someone new. Seeing a rich man and talking to him, all his sorrows came out. Thus, tired of asking several people, the commander came to the riverside. There he saw a man very happy. Asked him where his house is, he replied that my house is by this river. Asked, where is the house bed?
He said, this is a shady tree, if necessary I can sleep here in the shade. Laughter and joy at his words. He was asked what he eats? He said fruit of the tree, water of the river, I eat whatever I get. I have no thoughts about that. It was understood that he was a happy man. Then the commander said, we have to give you your clothes. How much gold will I give you for that? The happy man replied, Sir I have no clothes.
A special session is going on in Emperor Akbar's court. All members are present. Reputed minister Birbal is also sitting in his seat. Suddenly the emperor asked Birbal, 'Well Birbal, tell me who is the real happy person in the world? If you can say, only then will I understand that you are really intelligent.' People are happy only after death, not before it.'
The emperor said, 'Why should this happen? Explain your words.''Jahapana, who thinks himself happy today, tomorrow he may fall into such boundless misery, which has no bottom. He who thinks himself happy today, is most busy thinking about tomorrow. The black shadow of impending danger shatters all his happy dreams in an instant. Who knows if the one who seems to be happy is really happy? Only he knows what real happiness he got. So I think true happiness comes only after death. Because with death, all human suffering ends. That's why according to me, everyone is happy only after death. As usual the emperor was impressed by Birbal's frank explanation.
Greg gory Perelman. A Russian mathematician. Today, a person is judged as successful or a failure based on the criteria of money, age, and power. But even among all these there are some people who throw away money, wealth and prestige in one fell swoop and become engrossed in work. One such is Greg gory Perelman.
Early 2000s. The 'Clay Mathematics Institute' challenges the people of the world to solve seven important math problems. The problems that have not been properly solved for so long, if anyone can solve them, there will be a reward of one million dollars. So far only one of these problems has been solved. The name of that strange problem is 'Poincare's conjecture'. Gregory Perelman made the impossible possible.
The gentleman's full name is Gregory Yakovlevich Perelman. He was born on June 13, 1966 in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg, Russia) in the former Soviet Union. Father Yaakov's Perelman was an electrical engineer. Mother Lubov is a seductive, math teacher. As a child, various numerical challenges, playing chess, attracted Grigory to mathematics. At the age of ten, Gregory's aptitude for mathematics began to show. Seeing his talent, his parents enrolled him in a special math and physics program while still teaching at Leningrad Secondary School. As a result, he won gold in the International Mathematical Olympiad in 1982. Direct admission to Leningrad State University is also available.
After completing his graduation in 1987, he published several research papers. Later, he was admitted to Steklov Institute of Mathematics. No Jewish student was allowed to enter the institution before him. There, Perelman's mathematics education gained another dimension in the presence of legendary mathematicians like Aleksandrov and Yuri Burago. At that time, Perelman came in contact with the French-Russian mathematician Michael Gromov and got an opportunity to work for a few days at IHSS. During that time he wrote a research paper with Burago and Gromov. He did his Ph.D. from the Department of 'School of Mathematics and Mechanics' at Leningrad State University. Later joined Steklov Institute of Mathematics for higher studies. In 1992, he got an opportunity to join New York University and Stony Brook University for one semester. In 1993, he received a 'Miller Research Fellowship' from the University of California (Berkeley).
He started research on 'Rickey Curvature' and 'Manifold'. Teaching and research opportunities come in many famous universities of the world. But nowhere was Gregory finding the challenge he wanted. Then in 1995 he suddenly left everything and returned to Russia. Joined the "Stickled Institute" in St. Petersburg.

French mathematician Henri Ponquier presented a difficult mathematical problem. This is known as 'Ponke's Conjecture'. In 1982, Michael Friedman proved this in four dimensions. But proving it in three dimensions remained to be done. Perelman accepted the challenge. He was inspired to solve this problem by Hamilton's lecture during his stay at Berkeley.
Before Perelman began working on the subject, he approached Hamilton to collaborate on the work. But not getting any answers, he started researching alone. He gave up various temptations, including teaching at a prestigious university, and immersed himself fully in research. He started to get the direction to solve this problem when the 'Clay Mathematical Institute' award was announced. On November 11, 2002, he published his research paper 'The Entropy Formula for the Ricci Flow and its geometric application' on the Internet Archive. Here he did not give a solution to Ponke's conjecture, but gave a glimpse of the way in which it could be solved. He was invited to New York University's Stony Brook campus and MIT. During this time he published the second research paper 'Ricci Flow with surgery on three manifolds'. After that he went to America and spoke at MIT, New York University, Columbia University, Princeton University.
Abandoning research or job offers there, Perelman returned to St. Petersburg. There he published his last research paper 'Finite extinction time for the solutions to the Ricci flow on certain three manifold'. After this experts analyzed and accepted it as the solution of Poincare Conjecture. Perelman also solved the Thurston Geometrization Conjecture in his paper. But in December 2005, he suddenly resigned from Steklov Institute. He cites his non-attachment as the reason. In August 2006, the International Congress of Mathematics announced that Grigory Perelman would be awarded the Field Medal, the highest award in mathematics, for his contributions to geometry.
Perelman had earlier turned down an offer to be a speaker at the ICM meeting. After Perelman, Gregory Perelman was the first mathematician to decline the Field Medal award. Sir John Ball, president of the International Mathematics Union, went to Perelman's house for two consecutive days and could not change his decision. Meanwhile, a Chinese mathematician named Zhu-Jiping claims that he has solved the Poincare Conjecture correctly and deserves the prize. In favor of this, he published the research paper "Asian Journal of Mathematics". The 'Clay Institute' delayed their award ceremony and set up an expert committee to monitor the matter. The expert team eventually accepted Perelman as the true solution maker. A prize of one million dollars was announced. But Perelman refused this award too.
He said that he does not think the decision of the experts is correct. He said, "American mathematician Hamilton also contributed equally to this solution. So it is not possible to take my reward without him.'' "I have never done anything like that in maths," he said. Will I be exhibited in a zoo like an animal and mobbed? I don't want that.''
None of us have any clear information about where and what this world famous mathematician is doing now. Some say he lives with his mother in a small apartment in St. Petersburg. According to some, he has given up mathematics and is now engrossed in floriculture, fishing or opera. Many hope that Perelman is ready to solve a new problem. He may appear before us again if a suitable solution is found.
In 2006, he was awarded the Fields Medal, the highest award in mathematics. He didn't take it. The president of the International Mathematical Union went to meet him. He explained to him for ten hours in two days. Still he didn't take it. His reply was this- 'He told me three ways, one. Come and receive, two. Do not come but accept, we will send the medal, three. not accept I have been saying since the beginning that I chose the third. Awards are completely irrelevant to me. Everyone has understood that if the solution is correct then there is no need for separate recognition.'
Still, the Clay Foundation wanted to pay him the prize money. People came to his door. Shaken hard. Without fully opening the door, Perelman announced from inside, "I have everything I need."
Happy people don't have clothes. Perelman was like that. He is one of the happy people. He didn't need anything extra either. Money, glory, honor, prestige nothing. According to his neighbors, the number of items in Perelman's house is very small.
- South Korea's Kim Ung-yong.
Kim Ung-yong started talking six months after birth. He could absorb languages like a sponge. Absolutely with the grammar trammer. His place in the highest IQ list of the Guinness Book, 210!
He began attending physics classes at Hanyang University at the age of three. Learned Korean, Japanese, German, English language within four years. At the age of four, he wowed viewers by solving complex mathematical equations on a live TV show in Japan.
At the age of eight, he was invited by NASA to America. There he did his Masters and Ph.D. at Colorado State.
Then became a nuclear physicist and researcher at NASA. Worked for 5 years. He was only sixteen years old! It was then that he found another meaning in life and decided to leave America and return home.
At the age of sixteen, he returned to Korea and enrolled in an unrecognized university to study civil engineering. He did not have a high school degree. So he was admitted to a nameless university by taking the GED test. He worked in a very ordinary office for some time. So gradually Korean people forget about him. The media anointed him as a failed genius!
In an interview he said- “I am not a genius. I could just learn some things very quickly. After coming back from America I started doing what I love. Earlier I was used in demolition work. Now my new major is civil engineering to build something useful. I enjoy it. It is true that many people say that you should be a professor at Yale or Harvard...but I will say again that I am most happy with the level I am now."
- The interviewer asked again, but why did you actually leave?
Kim Ung Yong – “To be happy. When I was in America I heard I was very talented. But I didn't understand why I was so talented. One department had twenty different research labs. But you cannot understand what is happening in the room next to you. Secrecy was of the highest order there. Perhaps the most profound problem was that there was no one there to listen to a little boy. I saw no escape. I think my situation was similar to that of the KIST students who committed suicide a few days ago.”
[Some students committed suicide in 2010 at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).
Now Kim Yong is 52 years old. He recently achieved his dream of becoming a full-time professor. She now lives in private behind the media and works with her young students.
"When I'm on the field kicking football with my son or having a drink with colleagues after work... I'm the happiest person in the world," he said.

Can you tell which is the country of the happiest people? Yes, Finland. Even in the face of the global pandemic, the people of Finland, known as the 'Land of a Thousand Islands', are the happiest in the world. For the fourth year in a row, Finland has taken the first place in the list of the happiest countries in the world.
The European country Finland has topped the list several times in the 'World Happiness Report' prepared by the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN). Finland is followed by Iceland, Denmark, Switzerland and the Netherlands in the top five happiest countries in the world, according to the Sustainable Development Network's Happiness Report. Zimbabwe is at the bottom of the list. Above this country are Tanzania, Jordan, India and Cambodia.
Turku is an island on the sea route from Sweden to Finland. Long ago, when Finland was under Russia, the port of Turku was the country's capital. Later it was moved to Helsinki. Helsinki city center is a two-hour train ride from Turku. It is not wrong to say that the green beauty on both sides of this journey in Finland is heavenly. The eyes and the mind are connected. You will be mesmerized by the velvety green valleys on both sides of the railway track, the rows of beautiful trees with spiky leaves, the dense forest of dark green trees on the light green slopes.
As soon as you step into the city, you can feel the cold wind of Konkan and the continuous fine rain. Finland is called the 'Land of a Thousand Islands' due to its combination of cool weather and unspoiled nature. Another name of the country is 'Land of Thousand Lakes'. 'Land of Thousand Lakes'. The lakes are all within the township or city and each lake is surrounded by vast green pleasant grasslands. Numerous colorful locks are seen hanging on the iron railings next to almost every reservoir. A strange belief of the Finns is connected with this. The couple or the newlyweds who are engaged in love, put this lock with all four hands and throw the key into the nearby pond. That is, the bond of love is forever sealed.
Russian influence is evident in the architecture of many churches and minarets in Finland due to years of Russian rule. The main part of the beauty of the city is the unique trees. The branches are thin and the leaves are thin, transparent and light green. Every Beethi in the city is lined with trees of this variety.
While traveling on the streets, trams and buses, the old and senior citizens of the country are used to wearing very noble and luxurious clothes. But they are very slow, steady and gentle in speech and behavior. The youth group is lively but not violent. Women are mostly blond, blue-eyed. Ideal for tourists Finland has a good travel system. After sitting on the tram for an hour, you can see the main beautiful areas and famous buildings of the city. Afternoon cruises on huge launches are now a special feature. Its name is 'Suomenlinna Svedberg Tour'. Many people from all over the country keep enjoying this wonderful arrangement of going to small islands.
Finland's cities and their minarets are so clean that one has to be amazed. The secret of that cleanliness is that four or five cars are regularly washing the roads and minarets with water stream and freeing them from dust. This is the daily routine at the beginning and end of the day. Often cool raindrops wash away all the structures. The cloudy clear sky peeks out in front of the eyes. Despite the interplay of sun and rain, temperatures in Finland remain close to freezing.
The famous Helsinki Design District is full of eye-catching designer shops. Clothing boutiques, furniture, bedding, decorative accessories, nothing left out. Heavy clothing with spring designs is very popular in wintery Finland. In winter, people go out in the bone-chilling winter wearing several layers of clothing due to the intense cold during the day. In a wonderful white and white scene, countless pearl-like ice grains spread rapidly on black smooth pavements, tramlines, sidewalks, roofs of moving cars, pedestrian umbrellas, domes, arches and minarets. Rainbows are painted in a wonderful array of colors in the intermittently raining sky when accompanied by icicles and rain.
Traveling with pets is very common in Finland. Most of the women are walking white, black, brown dogs with fringed fur on a chain. Bunches of brightly colored tulips bloomed in the gardens. Adjacent to the garden, of course, a large lake can be seen. The famous lake in the capital city is Lake Toolonlahti Bay. Across the lake is a bustling city, with some notable architecture. And on the other side is an extraordinarily beautiful green garden. The park is characterized by soft grassy slopes, vast green fields shaded by numerous spreading trees. All around the soft green ceremony.
Finland is a country located on the coast of the Baltic Sea in northwestern Europe. Finland is one of the northernmost countries in Europe. One-third of its area lies north of the equator. There are dense green forests, numerous islands and numerous lakes along with walled palaces and modern buildings. The country's forests are its most important natural resource. They are often called the 'green gold' of Finland.
Finland is mainly a lowland region. It was covered with ice even thousands of years ago. Under the pressure of the ice, the land here gave way and created thousands of lakes. The official name of the country is the Republic of Finland. But the Finns call their country Suomi. The word Suomi means land of lakes and marshes. However, Finland is landlocked to the north. It borders Norway to the north and Russia to the east. Gulf of Finland to the south and Gulf of Bothnia to the west. There are thousands of tiny, rocky islands off Finland's southwest coast. How many of them have human settlements? The most important of these is the Åland Islands at the mouth of the Gulf of Bothnia.
It is almost always sunny from May to July in Finland's polar regions. During these days of the 'Midnight Sun' thousands of people take boat trips to Finland's stunning coastal areas. Many tourists flock to Finland's central forests for thrilling adventures.
Finland is generally considered part of the Scandinavian region and has close ties to Scandinavia. For centuries Finland has existed as a peaceful and neutral border country between two opposing powers, Sweden and Russia. The political history of the country has witnessed many vicissitudes. After being ruled by Sweden for 700 years, it was again taken over by the Russians in 1809. It emerged as an independent state in 1917 after the Russian Revolution. After World War II, Finland and the Soviet Union signed a Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation in 1948, and the two countries had strong economic ties until 1991. Finland moved towards Europe after 1991 and became a full member of the European Union in 1995.
Although an ancient city, Finland is one of the youngest countries in Europe. But the country's antiquity, cultural heritage and uniqueness are well known. Finland has a reputation for modern architecture and industrial design in particular. Saunas, or Finnish-style steam baths, are world-famous and part of everyday Finnish life.
Finland was actively involved during World War II. Soviet Russia invaded Finland in the 3-month Winter War of 1939-40. Helsinki was heavily bombed at that time. Soviet authority in the Gulf of Finland was established despite a cease-fire by the Moscow Peace Treaty. Finland's political system takes place in a semi-presidential representative multiparty democratic republic structure. President is the head of state. The head of government is the Prime Minister. The executive power of the state is vested in the Govt. Legislative power is vested in the Legislature. The Judiciary is independent from the Executive and the Legislature.
Finland has very few people compared to its size, with a total population of about 55 lakhs. An average of 16 people live per square kilometer. Finland has the third lowest population among European countries. Espoo, Vantaa and Helsinki, the three largest cities in southern Finland, are collectively known as Greater Helsinki. Most of the total population lives in Greater Helsinki. The next most densely populated cities are Tampere, Oulu and Ivaska, with a population of over 100,000. Foreign nationals make up 3.4% of Finland's total population, the lowest among European countries. Most of the foreign nationals are Russians, Swedes and Estonians.
Happy Country Finland is famous for its rich nature, civil rights, social security, cultural diversity as well as education and civilization. Finland shines brightly as a 'dream country' in a world plagued by violence and inequality. Social security and education are highly valued in Finland.
Education is considered a birth right and a state-provided service in Finland. Children aged 7 to 16 get free education here. Education for 6 years in primary school and 3 years in secondary school is compulsory for all. According to research data, Finland's primary and secondary education ranks at the top of the world's education charts. The results of the study were based on language, mathematics and science subjects.
Finland has many universities, numerous colleges and teacher training schools for higher education. Finland is one of the European countries where higher education can be taken without tuition fees. As a result, many students from different countries of Asia and Africa migrate to this country every year for the purpose of higher education and training. But most of them get admission in various programs at the graduate level. There are special opportunities for learning different languages in this country. There is also an opportunity for the children of immigrants to learn their own language, there is also an opportunity for cultural development.
